Scarce qualities of a high-quality man:
1. Lust controlled.
2. Hunger controlled.
3. Sleep controlled.
4. No smoking, alcohol, supari, or tobacco/gutkha habits.
5. Live like the king of a virgin queen, not a puppet of a whore, or stay proudly alone like a king without marriage.
A queen always treats her husband like a king; that’s why she is a queen, but if a woman treats a man like a puppet, then she is the wife of a puppet.

7. Not dependent on public opinion, attention, or validation.
8. Fewer friends or no friends means a sigma male.
